Injury update 1

I just got a call back from the doctor’s office.  The x-ray was normal, so I was told to start running again and see if I am still feeling pain or other leg weirdness.  If so, I’ll let the doctor know and we will move on to further diagnostics.

I’m going to try running a few miles tomorrow morning and see how it goes.

    Bill,

    I hope your leg feels better soon so you can continue training. I found that many of my injuries were just something I had to run through and work out. I would recommend Advil Gel Caps for the pain. Two of these really helped me but I only take them when I really need it or else my body will get use to it. Take care,

    If it was soreness I’d be happy to train through it, but there is definitely something else going on.

    Ehh… Advil tends to mask the pain which doesn’t really allow your body to “hear” when something bad is going on. Listen to your body and do what you think is best. Only you really know how it feels.
