Weekly wrap-up
More reviews of the Dash GPS have come in. The newer reviews tend to be a lot more balanced (since they aren’t all from people involved in the beta program or Dash shills). I still really want one of the units, but given then price tag, I’ll wait a while and see how the device works once they push out a software update.

This week went fairly-well exercise wise. I can still feel my hamstring sometimes during workouts, but it hasn’t actually hurt in the past week. I’m hoping the strengthening exercises and stretching are helping.
Mon: rode stationary bike @ LA Fitness.
Tue: ran 2 laps with Mark and Ryan around Wildwood Lake.
Wed: Off
Thu: ran 2 laps by myself at Wildwood Lake. Picked up the pace on the 2nd lap and felt good.
Fri: rode stationary bike @ LA Fitness + lifting
Sat: ran 11 miles with Jon, Nate, and Eric at the Newville rail trail. This was the first day I noticed many birds out. Made it feel like spring is really arriving.
Sun: rode stationary bike @ LA Fitness and lifted weights in the morning. Wasn’t planning on running at all but read a bunch of running forums and got the urge, so went out and jogged 2 miles around the ‘hood before dinner.
