I just (as in: Fifteen minutes ago!) finished Season One of Veronica Mars. While I enjoy the show in general, I'm somewhat annoyed that I don't get to be involved in solving any of the mysteries. It feels like there is always some totally random (and not-visible-to-me) piece of information introduced 38 minutes in to the episode. This piece of infomation explains everything that happened, but leaves me feeling like a spectator instead of a participant.

My guess is that Veronica Mars will appeal to the same set of people who enjoyed Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There is huge thematic overlap between the two shows.

Oh, and Veronica is a serious babe :-).
