		<description>Yeah, it looks like it dropped by about 4-5 BPM, which is pretty nice when you are running anywhere near max.  In this case it took me from running at about 95/96% max HR to about 92/93% max HR on the final two intervals.  I&#039;m looking forward to trying this again at the end of next month and see if I can get the HR to drop another BPM or two.

I feel like one month of the FIRST workouts did a lot more for me than the three months of higher mileage (150/165 MPM) but low intensity workouts I did over the summer.</description>
