Long distance workout
I completed a long run today of 9.1 miles in 81 minutes on the treadmills at LA Fitness. This is my furthest run so far. I’m hoping to build up the length of my long runs to 14 miles before my target race, the http://www.lehighvalleyhalfmarathon.com which is at the end of April. I used an energy gel for the first time, I’m trying to figure out what refueling methods work well for me and make sure I have plenty of practice before the big race.
